Alvina Alston is a media master with over 20 years of experience in multimedia production, publicity and journalism. A New York Institute of Technology alumna with a BFA in Communications, Alvina started out as a general assignment reporter for LI News Tonight. Alvina went on to work for Inside Edition, FOX, WABC-TV/Eyewitness News, News 12 Connecticut, News 12 New Jersey, New Jerseys Channel 10 News, City News, CBS News & Channel 9 News, to name a few. Alvina is a recipient of an Outstanding Achievement Award from the Women’s Fund of New Jersey for her work with CBS News and News 12 New Jersey. She has been recognized as a “Leader in the Field of Communications” by Street Warriors Newark, NJ and is also a recipient of the Gregory Thomas Foundation Award for Excellence in Journalism. Alvina currently serves as Senior Segment Producer and Chief Senior Writer of FOX Business and is the founder of full-service media company, MoreMedia.
